District Attorney Jim Murphy and Sheriff Jim Bowen were the headliner honorees at the seventh annual Clifton  Park GOP Chairman's Award reception held April 23rd at the Edison Club in Clifton Park.  Clifton Park Republican Committee Chairman Bob Wilcox paid tribute to Murphy and Bowen for their long and successful careers in law enforcement here in Saratoga County.   Congressional candidate Chris Gibson, Senator Roy McDonald, and Assembly candidate James Whalen were also on hand, and delivered entertaining and enthusiastic speechs to the crowd.

Supervisor Phil Barrett presented the Volunteer of the Year Awards to Brian and Becky Telesh, for their outstanding work with the Republican Committee the past few years. All in all, the event was a real success in all ways for the Clifton Park Republican Committee.
